This is a duet for violin and guitar.
Imagine a beautiful day on the coast of Ireland. Suddenly the wind starts blowing in from the ocean, settles shortly and starts up again. Soon there is a squall blowing across the coast, and as suddenly as it begins it ceases and the beautiful afternoon resumes.
Parts of his piece are difficult for the guitarist as it requires right hand agility in performance of the note patterns. |
